Mandelic Peel

Mandelic Peel is least aggressive and specially recommended for sensitive skin or skin that is intolerant to other alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs). It stimulates proteogylcan sysnthesis promoting the skin rejuvenation process as its molecular size is larger than other alpha hydroxy acids it slows down penetration through the stratum corneum, without causing itching or irritation. Mandelic acid, also known as amygdalic acid or 2-Phenlglyoxylic acid, is an AHA derived from the hydrolysis of bitter almond extract. It is sebum regulator, antimicrobial and antibacterial properties improves the appearance of the skin and even out the skin tone.
